Service Victoria’s bulk checker accepts up to 1,500 rows under 1 MB. Useful the day you run it. It will not keep VAGO-ready history of who was clear when a roster ran.

Child Safety advisors and internal auditors need status history for people you roster — expiry clock, type, organisation link, and do-not-start moments. Service Victoria’s bulk checker is a lookup (CSV up to 1,500 rows under 1 MB), not audit history. Rapid’s Victorian council pages still treat child-safe contractor assessment as a signed PDF upload — not live people verification.

Rapid child-safe is still a PDF
Frankston: contractors “upload the relevant completed and signed Child Safe Standards Contractor Assessment via Rapid Global.” That is a form, not live WWCC verification of council employees or volunteers.
Wyndham names the buyer
Wyndham’s Child Safe Organisation page describes a dedicated Child Safety Management team (Senior Child Safe Advisor + two Child Safe Advisors). Audit history is for that desk — and for internal auditors — not for a hire-day folder.

Legal duty includes expiry
Organisations must know when workers’ and volunteers’ clearances expire, and must not allow work on interim exclusion, exclusion, interim bar or suspension. History is how you show that later.
