Terms
Terms of use
The rules for using the KeepClear website and early-access app. Last updated 14 October 2026.
About these terms
These terms apply to keepclearhq.com and the KeepClear app. By using them you agree to these terms. KeepClear is run by Jesse Edge in Melbourne, Victoria. Contact: [email protected].
Early-stage product
KeepClear is in early access. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. The demo pages on this website use made-up example data.
Not a replacement for official checks
KeepClear helps organisations track screening records and deadlines. It does not issue, verify or replace Working with Children Checks, VIT registration, NDIS worker screening or any other clearance. Always confirm a check's status with the official source (for example Working with Children Check Victoria, WWC Connect or the VIT register) before a person starts work. Your organisation remains responsible for meeting its legal obligations, including under the Worker Screening Act 2020 (Vic).
Your account
- Accounts are by invitation. Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- Only enter information you are authorised to collect and share, and keep it accurate.
- Do not try to access other organisations' data, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.
Your data
Data you enter belongs to you or your organisation. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export your records as CSV at any time.
Liability
We work hard to keep KeepClear accurate and available, but to the extent permitted by law we do not guarantee it will be error-free and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
